Doctors & Staff

Dr. William Church was born and raised in Yakima. He attended the University of Washington (Go Huskies!) for his undergraduate degree and received his O.D. degree from the Pacific University College of Optometry. Following Optometry school, he served with the United States Air Force Biomedical Science Corp.

Dr. Church is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), Optometric Physicians of Washington and is a past president of the Snohomish County Optometry Society and Everett Central Lions Clubs.

Dr. Church is fond of the Pacific Northwest and its recreational opportunities. He enjoys the beach, boating, tennis, gardening and spending time with his wife and daughter. He especially enjoys his beloved (award winning) Cavalier "King Charles" Spaniels.

Dr. James Schrader received his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University. (Go Cougs!) He received his Doctor of Optometry degree with distinction in 1992 from Pacific University College of Optometry. He completed a Hospital and Geriatric Care Residency at the Portland Veterans Administration Medical Hospital in Portland, Oregon.

He is a member of the American Optometric Association. He has served as a past president of the Snohomish Society of Optometric Physicians, and is currently a member. Dr. Schrader is also a proud member of the Everett Rotary Club.

Dr. Schrader has developed several professional interests including Primary Care Optometry, contact lenses, ocular disease management, laser vision correction and geriatric vision. He personally enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, fishing and spending time with his wife, Sara, and their two sons, Sam and Matt.

Rikki graduated from Everett High School in 1997, and began work at Everett Optometry in 1999.

Amy graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1999 and continued her education at Shoreline Community College where she earned her Associates in Arts and Sciences. She then went to Bryman College where she earned a professional degree as a Medical Administrative Assistant and has been at Everett Optometry since 2004.

Emily graduated from Marysville Pilchuck High School in 2002 and continued her education at Everett Community College where she earned a professional degree as a Medical Receptionist and Medical Administrative Support. She began work at Everett Optometry in 2006.
